Shipping & Returns

 

Standard U.S. Shipping

We only ship within the continental United States
We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses

All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS or USPS.

Expect your package within 3 to 6 business days depending upon your geographic location.

 

Canceled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us right away so that a customer representative can stop the processing.  We are unable to cancel the order once it has been shipped. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

Claims
You must notify us within 15 business days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.


Returns Policy 

Customer service is our number one top priority, and it is our sincere pledge to help you resolve any issues quickly and smoothly without a hassle.

We would like to keep you as a customer, so we will do our absolute best to ensure that you are satisfied with the results of any issue that may arise.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The buyer must pay return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)..

We will initiate your refund immediately upon receipt of the item.  Please keep in mind that the refund process includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Here are some guidelines to follow for returns:

  1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.
  2. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
  3. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
  4. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
  5. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
  6. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.   If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only. 
  7. If a product arrives damaged, ku-mart.com must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out.

Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to Ku-Mart.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Note to Resellers:
If your item is shipped back to our warehouse because your customer wasn't home, or the address is bad, you will be charged another shipping fee to cover the cost of ups or fedex bringing it back to us.  If the customer refuses an order, or tells the shipping company it was cancelled, you will also incur this shipping fee.
